All standard orders and most custom orders will be shipped within one week via UPS.  If, for any reason, there is a delay in this delivery schedule, you will be contacted.
Markers exceeding 24 inches in diameter require special shipping considerations.  Please call or write for more information.

Return Policy:

TANA Manufacturing Company does allow for the return of products for any reason, however a restocking fee of 20% will be charged to your account on all returns.
